Technical Co‑Founder (AI/ML/CV/SL, Multimodal Systems)

Overview

We're building Workbit,  a workplace analytics company focused on using AI to empower, not replace the workforce. Our mission is to build intelligent tools that help employees optimize their performance, unlock their potential, and thrive in their roles. By leveraging data from real-world workflows, I aim to bridge the gap between management and frontline teams through actionable insights and ethical AI.

I believe the future of work is not about automation for efficiency alone, but about augmenting human capability. My passion lies in developing technology that uplifts people, enhances collaboration, and ultimately contributes to a more productive and humane future of work.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build core multimodal AI infrastructure (e.g., large language models + vision/audio pipelines).
• Rapidly prototype and launch MVP features (e.g. real-time inference, transformer-based fusion).
• Own technical roadmap, tooling, and hiring strategy as a co-founder.
• Help define product strategy and participate in fundraising.

Ideal Profile

• Strong background in deep learning, computer vision, modeling and or supervised learning.
• Experience with multimodal systems; either academic, open-source contributions, or deployed products.
• Early-stage startup mindset: ready to commit time and energy for equity.
• Collaborative communicator: excited to shape both product and company culture.
